Belize is convinced that,
through the appropriate and adequate use of information technologies,
positive transformations can occur to the level of the education,
health, environment and equality of rights.
Belize reminds that the aim of the Summit is to make information
technology more accessible and useful for least developed countries.
Insists that the universal access must be adopted by governments as a
part of their strategies. The government of Belize lays priority on the
right to education.
