Azerbaijan
evokes the exploitation of natural resources (such as oil) to support the
investments in the citizen ICTs network, building bridges between the
information society and the knowledge society, on all levels of
scientific research and of tools for citizens. The new e-governance is
fundamental in Azerbaijan and it is related with the new generation
(70 % of the population in Azerbaijan). Located at crossroads on the
geographical level, Azerbaijan is worried about regional
development.
Azerbaijan suffers, however from the Armenia’s occupation of 20 % of its
territory; it appeals to International Community to release its
territory of the enemy troops.
L'Azerbaïdjan évoque
l'exploitation de ressources naturelles (tel le pétrole) pour favoriser
les investissements dans le réseau citoyen des TIC, construisant des
ponts entre la société de l'information et la société de la
connaissance, à tous niveaux des recherches scientifiques et des outils
citoyens. La nouvelle eGouvernance est fondamentale et concerne
principalement la nouvelle génération (70 % de la population en
Azerbaïdjan). Situé à la croisée des chemins sur le plan géographique,
l'Azerbaïdjan se propose comme allié dans le développement régional,
pour les TIC notamment.
L'Azerbaïdjan souffre
pourtant durement de l'occupation de 20 % de son territoire par
l'Arménie et fait appel à la Communauté internationale pour libérer son
pays des troupes ennemies.
