How to get there ?

From Bruxelles

E 411, exit n°6 (Wavre), direction "Ottignies-LLN" (N238).

Exit "LLN centre urbain" (towards the lake).

At the front of the underground parkings, use the signalisation "Aula Magna - Cinémas  UGC" on your left

From Namur

E 411, exit 9 (Corroy-le-Grand), direction "Ottignies-LLN" (N25).

At the turning-point, keep strait, direction "Nivelles".

Exit "Ottignies-LLN" (N238), ans exist "LLN centre urbain" (towards the lake).

At the front of the underground parkings, use the signalisation "Aula Magna - Cinémas  UGC" on your left

2.1- You arrive in Brussels

2.1.1. You arrive in Brussels by plane (Zaventem airport)

To go to Louvain-la-Neuve from the Zaventem airport, you have 2 possibilities:

By train (Map of the Railway network) :

The train station is located in the basement (level -1) of the terminal building itself.

Timetable information for the Airport City Express is available on the Belgian Railways (SNCB/NMBS) website (www.b-rail.be/main/index.html), enter Zaventem Airport as the departure or destination station.

The nearest station is Louvain-La-Neuve (10 min by foot to the hotel and taxis are not available). The Aula Magna is 5 min by foot from the station.

The nearest station with taxis available is Ottiginies.

The easiest way to go to Louvain-la-Neuve is by taxi.

There is no hotel near the airport. 

 

You can also use the coach (10,5 €). It brings your near the Midi Railway station where you can go by train to Louvain-la-neuve.
